C-C-C-Choir S-Solo
Well, today(a B-day) as usaual, I was just singing our girls choir' chirstmas songs to prepare for our concert, in class. On the second row, seventh-to-last, I started to participate in some very hard thinking when Ms.Trapp said, " Today we will be doing Al Shlosha D'Varim (a jewish peace song) solo tryouts." Thats when I started deciding whether I should try out, or not. I supposed I had pretty good odds of getting the part, until Annika tryed out........and then Jaylee........and then Carlie.(Maybe my odds aren't as good as I thought). I was thinking so hard, infact, I was the very last one to go for it. After the bell rang to go to Advisory, I was still waiting to try out. I squirted some sanitizer on my hands, when I noticed that I was shaking! Then, way to soon (as it seemed) IT WAS MY TURN. I walked into the office, and Ms.Trapp had me count out some notes, then I sang the song. My voice was a little shaky, but she did say that I sounded very clear and had good breath control. I walked out of the choir room, still a little jittery, but overall, I think I did okay. I'll have to post wether I got the part or not, but my chances are pretty average. Wish me luck!
