Haeli's Bridal Shower

So, for the past couple weeks, Katie R. and I have been planning Haeli's bridal shower. It was hard work, but it was fun. I made these really cool invitations, but didn't get all of them out untill a week before the shower. Even though I sent out like forty invites, a good twenty-five or so of the people showed up. The food was good, the games were fun, and the conversations were great. Everybody had a good time, and Haeli got alot of cool presents.
All in all, it was great and everybody was happy.

Fire

Well, a couple weeks ago when Max came home for the weekend, my mom woke me up at about 1:00 in the morning. I followed her down the hall and walked into the living room. She opened the front door and I followed her in awe. 20 foot flames were flickering in the feild right across from the house. How scary!!!!
It turns out that our neighbor was washing her dishes and saw the field light up. She called the firemen and by the time we were out there, they had already came to the rescue. Everybody was up, standing outside watching.
Vixen, our little puppy, was the one who had woken my mom up. She was wining and so my mom was going to get up and take her out. When she walked out the door, she saw the fire.
Nobody knows what started the fire, but we all have a feeling that it was a cigarett butt or something stupid like that.
Thank heaven that we were all kept safe, but it was still a thrilling adventure.
